2nd Class & Tracked 48
I aim to ship orders within 2 working days. Customers have the choice between Royal Mail Second Class (does not include tracking or insurance), and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (includes tracking). Please note: if you choose standard 2nd class postage, I cannot track your parcel once it has shipped, and I am not responsible for replacing lost parcels. Proof of postage will always be obtained.
Local Collection & Drop-off
If you live in Callander, I am happy to drop your order off for you. If you live in the surrounding area and would like to collect your order, please select local collection at checkout, and I will contact you on the email provided to arrange a suitable time.
Returns
If your order is faulty (i.e. the item arrives damaged, or the item you receive isn’t what you ordered), please contact me via e-mail at shop@incandescencecandles.com to arrange a return.
If you change your mind and wish to return your candle, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact me and inform me that you’d like to return all or part of your order. Unless there is a fault with your order, you will be liable for postage costs incurred – please obtain proof of postage.
Any items returned must be in original packaging and saleable condition. Any items returned that are not in a saleable condition (i.e. candle has been lit, wax surface has been marked, labelling has been peeled off etc) cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.
